Nicest place we ever stayed in...a 10!!! Beds are brand new and nicer than home, furniture is celebrity level, even wonderful surprises for the kids (princess dresses and movie theater) and the view is incredible. 

This place is top notch! The views, the huge home space, the cleanliness, everything was amazing. My family and I can’t wait to come book again for a second family visit! It’s definitely worth it.

The pictures don't do this home justice. It's better in person. The craftsmanship that went into the home is spectacular. Every room has its unique touches and everything was spotless. It felt like we were walking into a brand new house. The view is amazing - we never made it into the theatre room because we were so happy just sitting outside. Nena responded to every question within a minute or two. We would definitely go back. 

Nena’s Nook is by far the most incredible home I have rented in some time. From the home being immaculately clean, to the open layout, to the gourmet kitchen, to the movie theatre room...her place has it all! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ !!!

We love this cabin and really enjoyed our time here. The most special touch is that in the movie house. Nena provides many DVDs, all marked with names. Every decor here is diligent.💓 

Nena's place is wonderful! We used it for a company one-night retreat. Our employees were thoroughly impressed with the space and had a great time.  Outstanding hospitality, amazing amenities, and quick responses made the stay even better! We will be back!

We got married on July 4th, and decided to invite my wife’s family and my family over to Big Bear for a relaxing weekend with family. From the moment we booked the Airbnb, Nena was very responsive and overall excited we wanted to spend a special weekend at her beautiful home. The place is BETTER than the photos. Incredible detail, very spacious, and truly perfect for our 2 families. We had a fun game night downstairs and the kids loved the theater room. Having multiple TVs was great during the World Cup games as well. Thank you Nena for a magical weekend, we will cherish all the memories of the weekend in Big Bear. And a big hug for the special flowers for our wedding! Can’t wait to come visit again :) 

January 2018: I highly, highly recommend Nena's place. I have been to many AirBnB or (VRBO) places and this is the first time I ever felt the impulse to write a thank you note to the owner, Nena! She makes us feel like we are her long time friends. Every step from the initial contact, to the further introduction of the house amenities and local attractions she is always there whenever we need her. When we first entered the house we felt like we were entering into a wonderful place that we had something already attached to. We have 5 families with kids from 2-17 years old. Every night the kids are enjoying their great time either upstairs watching TV or downstairs playing the pool. The parents are then totally enjoying the home theater with great surrounding sound effect (something we could not do when kids are around at home!) We will for sure come again! Thank you Nena!
